The Aiyana Pemba

The Aiyana is the only serious accommodation option on Pemba Island and it is entirely worthy of the setting. Twelve rooms on a bay of extraordinary beauty — coral sand, shallow turquoise water, and the Pemba Channel visible offshore. The diving here is considered among the best in the Indian Ocean: wall dives, drift dives, and regular manta ray and whale shark encounters. The snorkelling directly off the beach is exceptional.
